¶ Sign up (Company)
To register in Shifton press the button “Sign up” on the main page or the application.
On the following page, click “I am an employer”
On the next page, you have to:
- Put your first and last name
- Put a valid email
- Put the phone number in an international standard (with a country code) +
- Put the company name
- Select amount of employees in the company
- Select the industry that the company works in.
- Put and repeat the password (It must be at least 6 symbols, contains at least 1 digit, 1 big and small letter)
Click on “Sign Up”
Important! In order to be invited, you must verify the phone number.
To verify your phone number, do the following:
- Click on the avatar's icon.
- Click on “My profile”
On the next page:
- Put the phone number
- Click on the blue check mark
Then put the confirmation code from the SMS you got and click on the check mark.
Once you are done, you can add new employees to your company.
¶ Password recovery
If you have lost your password, you can always restore access to your account. This can be done in two ways:
Password recovery via email.
Step 1
Click on the “Forgot password” button
After that, you will be redirected to the “Password recovery” page. Here you need to select the option “E-mail”.
Step 2
Enter the E-mail that was specified during registration and click on the “Recovery” button.
Step 3
Open your email and check for an email from Shifton. We also recommend checking your spam folder.

The email contains a hyperlink that will redirect you to a page to confirm password recovery.
Step 4
At this stage, you need to enter a new password.
Password Requirements: Must be at least 8 characters long, be alphanumeric, and have at least one number, one uppercase, and one lowercase letter.
Then click on the “Change password” button.
After that, the system will automatically transfer you to the login page, where you need to specify your email and a new password.
Password recovery using phone number.
This method will be available if you have previously verified your phone number.
Step 1
Click on the “Forgot password” button
After that, you will be redirected to the “Password recovery” page. Here you need to select the option “Phone number”
Step 2
Enter the phone number you provided when registering with Shifton.
After you have entered your phone number, you must click on the “Send Code” button
Step 3
Wait for the SMS with the confirmation code.

At this stage, you need to enter a new password.
