First you need to create an Api channel in usedesk
For this it is necessary:

After adding a channel, three blocks for configuration appear on the page: “API”, “Request Tracking” and “Chat Tracking”.
Enter the name of the channel that will be displayed in the general list of channels in the “Channels” section;
Click on the "Save" button.
After saving, the following fields appear in the API block:
Application ID, app secret key is an API channel token through which you can work with the API.
To enable usedesk integration do the following:
Click on the company icon and select “Integrations”.
Then click on “Connect” next to the “Usedesk” integration.
Click on the “Enable" button.
Here, you can setup few settings
UseDesk secret key is a API key you can obtain from your usedesk account under “Channels”
Group chats - comma-separated list of group names to be enable only for chats
Group requests - comma-separated list of groups' names to change status only for requests
Do not change - list of group names, separated by commas, only for groups whose statuses do not need to be changed
