View your assigned shifts and your team’s schedule directly from the Shifton mobile app.


What Is This?

The mobile schedule view lets you see your upcoming shifts, browse your team’s schedule, and check shift details — all from your phone. It mirrors the information available on the web schedule but is optimized for a mobile screen, making it easy to check your work schedule anytime and anywhere.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing the Schedule

Open the Shifton app.

Tap Schedule from the bottom navigation bar or the dashboard.

Your personal schedule loads, showing shifts for the current week.

Navigating Between Days and Weeks

Swipe left or right to move between days.

Use the date navigation at the top to jump to a specific week or date.

Tap Today to return to the current date.

Viewing Shift Details

Tap on any shift in the schedule to open its details.

The shift detail screen shows:

Viewing Your Team’s Schedule

FAQ

Q: Can I edit my shifts from the mobile app?
A: You cannot directly edit shifts. To make changes, use the request features (swap, transfer, split) or contact your manager.

Q: How far ahead can I see my schedule?
A: You can see all shifts within the published schedule period. If your manager has not published future schedules, those dates will appear empty.

Q: Why do I see shifts from a different time zone?
A: Check your time zone settings in My Profile. The app displays times based on your configured time zone.
