FAQ

Q: Can I have multiple pending requests at the same time?
A: Yes. However, conflicting requests (e.g., two swaps for the same shift) may result in one being rejected.

Q: Can I cancel a request after submitting it?
A: If the request is in Pending status, you can usually cancel it in the Requests section. After approval, contact your manager.

Q: Why do I only see some request types?
A: Available types depend on which features are enabled in your company’s schedule settings.

Q: Do I get a notification when a request is approved or rejected?
A: Yes. You receive a push notification and an in-app notification when the status changes.

Q: Can I save a draft request and submit it later?
A: No. The request is sent immediately after tapping Submit — drafts are not supported.

Q: Can I submit a request for a past shift?
A: No. Creation, swap, and transfer requests apply only to future shifts.

Q: Can I filter requests by type in the mobile app?
A: Yes. Requests are divided into tabs by type — Time Off, Shift Requests, and others.
